REFUNDS
 

 
1:    Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made within seven working days from booking.

 
2:    Requests for a refund or cancelations made up to six weeks prior to the    event, we will issue a full refund less a 25% cancellation charge (This  percentage relates to the full cost of the event).

 
3:   Requests for a refund or cancellation made for less than six weeks and  greater than four weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50% cancellation charge (This percentage relates to the full cost of the event).

 
4:    No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the event unless there are exceptional circumstances; refunds for less than four weeks prior to the event are made at the discretion of Spookhunters.
 
5:    No refunds are made for clients that do not turn up to the event.

 
6:    Tickets are not transferable without written consent from Spookhunters; any tickets that are resold without written consent will be invalid and refused.

 
7:    In the unlikely situation  that one of our events should have to be cancelled by Spookhunters for any reason, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. Any expenses (including travel) incurred due to the cancellation of an event will not be refunded.

 

 
We would be grateful if you could contact us as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to attend an event which you have booked, if you find on the day of the event that you are unable to attend please call us on 08712885635 we will then know not to wait for you and we can notify our staff.
